Cause he doesn't really care for Dark Souls, he perfers to play CoD. I'm just burned out for some reason, maybe because I picked ME1 back up and fell in love again with the story, I'm sure ME2 will kill it for me though.

lol, I presumed as much. Though once a guy gets on a COD win streak you aint gonna get him off of it

He also has Netflix and loves to watch drama/comedy shows, usually ones that his girlfriend and I both hate. Oddly enough I can deal with American drama and British comedy, but cross them around and I go nuts.

I've never watched netflix in my life, then again that's what I player and 4od are for

and well they are umm kinda like youtube except all they show are TV shows from channels on British TV. Iplayer is the system run by the BBC, whilst 4od is run by channel 4. I dunno what yoru equivalent would be.. some thing to do with the alphabet?

I'm not sure how many companies do, but there are some that run special services that let you do it with aired TV shows.

I know I fell in love with ME2 having just played it. Isn't Garrus just a legend!

The only reason I had him in my party for ME1 was his Decryption skill, I would have prefered having Wrex in his stead but Garrus at least made up for it with Assault/Sniper rifles training to cover my Assault/Shotgun combo with Liara and her skillset to cover just about anything. It didn't help that before I even got to the second mission I had the rank 7 Spectre gear and was around level 40, even on veteran difficulty it got quite easy with the setup.

I kid you not giving him a Sniper with the 24% heat dampening and inferno rounds was a death sentence to alot of enemies, I swear that thing would never stop firing sometimes. Wish they didn't change it so much, alot of the RPG elements that made ME1 exciting and fun are completely gone...

Indeed, they definitely changed the formula for ME2, while some aspects are better, I definitely missed the story elements that were in ME1, plus Garrus spends all his time making calibrations now

A dedicated RPG company was trying to make gears of war with starwars paint for 2 and 3. Not quite how i would have approachd things. I'ma play through 3 a few times to see the endings i want and never touch it again.

Seriouly i beat me 18 times, thats how much i love it. me2? 3 times. me3 1 time. Most of the things i loved about 1 were "main streamed" into oblivion.

If i wanted a 3rd person action game, i'd pick a random, grey/brown case off of a store shelf and play that. Bio ware was awesome for so long because they made rpg's that weren't slow, but focused on the story and characters instead of action.

Dont get me wrong, i enjoy gears multiplayer, but thats not why i play most games, i do it to spend 80 hours exploring random places, i do it to whatch engaging characters grow, interact and struggle, I do it to become attached enough to fiction characters that i cry when they die (aries). Games lost that magic somewhere, and i want it back.

I can enjoy the gameplay of Gears, but man do I love to laugh at this video.

Never touched GoW1, got GoW 2 just for playing Horde, and roomie got GoW3 played it for like 3 weeks then returned it for CoD.

Actually not anymore, it seems to have finally fallen from grace. It's funny, I still remember a few people thinking it was all the rage and I'm sitting there listening to them with a, "What the heck is this game?", expression on my face.

I still think that about battlefield.

I'd never heard of it before until people started over hyping the multiplayer on it

The way I see it I play game about 50/50 50 for gameplay and 50 for story although I am the rare sort who will happily dump and ignore one aspect if the other is done well. Seriously I am the only person in my peer group that actually like RAGE it did the shooting action and car driving very well. And I like Asura's Wrath because the story is awesome but the combat was boring and generic. The ME series did both well I played the living crap out ME2 and ME1 didn't touch ME3 yet

I've been wanting to get Asura's Wrath. The story doesn't interest me that much, and not even the gameplay. But damnit, I want to *** punch a planet!

Man, Battlefield 2 and 2142 were awesome. Easily the best FPSs I have played, even if there wasn't much strategy between random people, there was occasionally some stunning plans that no one would see coming and change the battle. I guess B3 is doing well on PC, I just really wished they could have done the same for consoles.

I wish my car worked, I want to get Armored Core 5 a try. I wonder if they incorperated a full story or still using the way they have been doing it.

I hope you like mashing buttons like a PVP noob because that is what you are going to be doing for most of the game

I would say to join us on the PC community for the game, but having recently bought a new PC I remember how much it hurts the wallet >.<

Yeah I kind of figured, isn't a lot of the game quick time events?

Im guessing that since it sounds similar to God of war, devil may cry kinda thing im guessing that yes tolvo, it will be rife with quick time events
