You cannot summon for help for Mr Stray Demon. That is one you must defeat without help.
I'm on PS3 or I would offer to help with the other.

I'm pretty sure i helped me friend when i was on NG killing the stray demon.
I mean the stray demon on fire. Not the one where you fall into the ground.

Ah the demon firesage. what ng are you on?
As for bed of chaos, better off not summoning. Destroy the part to the right first then quit\reload. You'll end up back outside the fog gate(so you won't have to make the trip back), take out the left bit again quit reload. next bit is just timing, edge out until the floor drops then try and jump\fall onto the branch path below. Really is a stupid boss in the game, almost as cheap as dragon god for demons.

Actually I found it easiest (almost to the point of cheesy) with a summon. One go each direction at the beginning and hit the roots at the same time. Then crystal/bone out and take turns jumping to the center...
