The Friends/Enemies List

If I understand the description right, you put someone on your enemies list and they can't post in your threads? It says, "walls".

While I have zero problems making enemies, I find that a bit harsh and have removed people from my enemies list, because I didn't want to create a thread someone would want to participate in and not be able to do so simply because I think they are a jackwagon.

How does that work?

Their posts won't be visible to you, but it will say "Would you like to toggle their posts on for the time?" And you can then see their posts. They can still post in threads you create, and see your posts.

So what does the post on your wall thing mean?

I would imagine the wall is the visitors messages section on your profile. No one really uses those I don't think

I don't see why people use the enemies list or the block list on PSN either for that matter, just forgive forget and move on is my motto :|

To be honest I've never felt anyones crossed a line where they need to be blocked- at most PM'd and told I find them disrespectful and obnoxious, but never block them, ignoring things doesn't solve anything in my book

If I'm truly honest though, I think it says something about a person if they take offence or are affected by something that doesn't really have any impact on them. In the same way as we shouldn't tell people how to play, arguably I think telling people how to act is more of an offence, actually.

The only reason I asked was for the "wall thing". Even if I didn't feel like talking to someone, its possible other people might. It pains me greatly, but I realize my opinion my might NOT be shared by others sometimes.....

Seriously though, I've met people here that either:

a) Will argue no matter who says what.

b) Either hold a grudge like a scorned ex-girlfriend.

or

c) Just dont like certain people for whatever reason.

I have a couple of these "followers". To be honest, its a little old. I could say, "My name is xyz, I live in nowhere USA, and have 2 kids and blahblahblah" and they would STILL call me a liar, self-promoter, attention ****, etcetcetc.

If I had a tool that would make me forget they exist entirely I would use that. However, I wouldn't use a tool that could ruinthe flow in a thread I created and ruin the fun for people I respect. Since thats not the case....back on the enemy list they go.

I hope it wasn't me, I just realized I accidentally had you on my foes list.

I actually add people often when a small remark pisses me off, but that's just so that when I'm in a foul mood I don't end up saying something rude about their probably innocent remark. I usually take people off the list, and I think I forgot to take you off foe or something. Or I might have meant to add as a friend, my mind seems to be getting worse and worse.

Actually yeah it was. I was trying to find your photo gallery, but I found it on my own anyway. We got into an argument about something stupid ages ago. It's not a big deal.

I've just discovered the DkS2 shield design contest and there are some things from DkS1 that I wanted to use as references, but I already found the gallery, and am already finding the things I wanted to use. Just wasn't finding good shots of them, and I knew you had them because we discussed it in great detail awhile ago

The photo gallery! I should finish that thing. Then perhaps do a Demon's Souls one, already set up for a Dark Souls 2 one. Then my photobucket account can get locked for a copyright image I forgot about years ago and lose all progress. I've got it all planned out.

I want to do something themed around the patterns in Anor Londo for my shield, and all the shots I was finding on my own were of PvP and just weren't good shots of the architecture. There's so much there to draw from

Is there a booby shield design yet?

Well actually I was working on....I mean no.

I think a heart shaped shield would work great for a subliminal..."message"....cleavage

It says in the rules that you can't mess with the outer shape of the shield. Have to work within the shapes they gave you. Each region has a different type of shield too. Looks like Japan is a medium shield, Europe is a small shield, and the US is a heavy shield.

The rule makes sense, but it would be cooler if we could. The first thing I thought of was making an odd shaped one.

They wanna leave credit for the cool looking shields to themselves..

To be fair I don't blame them, I certainly wouldn't leave creation of resident awesome shields like crystal ring shield or artorias shield to fans

I'd think in part it'd make it easier for them to render an amateur designed shield if it was a generic shape
