Guys, stay strong. I see no reason why xbox is better than ps4 to deserve purchase.. Anyone who values morals too will either buy ps4 or PC- microsoft has damaged it's relationship with gamers- we shouldnt trust them with our money

Means you will have to go online at least once, so people with literally no internet acess (there's more of those than you would think) still can't play the games on it.

Only after realizing that damage control and more marketing to their current Xbox Live Gold members wouldn't convince them, they leveled the playing field with Sony. If you even consider buying an Xbone after they pulled all that BS, then you as yourself are a bad consumer.

If microsoft think that everyone will magically forgive them for all that they did before they are wrong. They showed that they do not care about their customers and only about money when they decided to implement those policies in the first place. As such, I will not be buying an Xbox one, the damage was done long ago.

It would have helped more than it does now, they would have showed that they were trying not to get completely thrashed by sony. The fact that they only changed it after they were completely destroyed shows that they only care about profit.

The rumour is that this is only because the Xbox One needs to update to disable the DRM that they have now abandoned. For all we know this could be eliminated shortly after the console release.

I feel like i should said something cause i will buy a console eventually (given the fact that was my frist thread here)
Frist of all i don't think Halo 4 was that bad (it had flaws, but)
Though given the yearly release it seems to going to have soon, it's probably gonna get much worse then this
Anyway i feel like mentioning that part(most actually) of the reason why xbox has always been so popular is because i think the party system is somewhat easier then ps3. And the fact that there is no firmware update every other day. (correct me if one doesn't happen all that much anymore)
However though right now, given the grave they them self dug, and sony own awesome offensive, none of that really seems to matter anymore for the buyer at this moment
As long as after release sony don't make too many questionable decisions after release, the price point ALONE is a good engouh reason for me to buy the ps4 after there is some next gen games i want comes out. (Thank From that Dark Souls 2 is on this gen)
