I mean you always see people in anime drinking it and taking it hard, but it's common knowledge the further east you go, the more lightweight people become so I kinda don't use that as a marker.

Think a light rice with a mix of well it depends on the type you buy. Not heavy but I don't heat it or cool it.

Sake is around 18-20% undiluted and 15% diluted ABV and it can be used as a mixer in c0cktails.
