    Gabrius, The Cursed
"There goes a legend in the Old Scriptures of Oolacile. They tell of a man that bested the great Royal Stone Guardians in order to protect the life of his own daughter. During that battle, this man, given the name Gabrius, had lost an arm and both legs. At that time, the corrupt officials of Oolacile had cursed him for treason and attempted to give him the fate of a Guardian. However, his daughter was a naturally born Witch, which explained why the Guardians had attacked her, and with her power, she had counteracted the curse.

But, she could not mend it. Gabrius was left with his legs turned to stone and his arm a mere stump, which forced him to become left-handed, although he did not realize it until later, since he had become comatose. Horrified by her father's fate, the daughter fled the land of Oolacile to master her Witchraft and was never heard of again. Some say his daughter, Beatrice, had a strong connection with her humanity and the abyss, which prevented her fate of hollowing. It also was said, that her power magnified when the abyss was strong, which might explain why Gabrius awoke when Oolacile was taken by the Abyss.

Yet, during his awakening, Gabrius' fate as a hollow had already occurred. Yet...what is terrifying...is that the soul of that hollow still yearns for its daughter, despite losing all sanity and mind. Just what are humans, to oppose their fate, when all is lost?"
    Theme of Gabrius, The Cursed:
Plot Twist: Since Gabrius is a Hollow, he cannot summon Beatrice to see her. What cruel fate!

    P.S: Aesthetics could use improvements?

I like the idea; however, might this be the wrong area for this topic. This doesn't, so far, seem to have anything to do with PvP.

It can actually be seen as a form of a unique PvP style utilizing a main hand fist weapon with an offhand UGS. Besides, the PvP section is mostly also reserved for builds seeing as all builds are subjected to PvP eventually. The "Plot Twist" was simply pointing how hopeless his situation was Lore-wise.

Sorry, I didn't mean that to come off rudely. I do like the build though, using the DGM in the off-hand actully sparked me to make a new build myself.

I like UGS offhands actually, as their wide sweeping attack is great at stopping BS attempts, and honestly the DGM doesn't miss the almost unusable in pvp R2s.

I don't know about the DBF as the mainhand, it's a pretty underwhelming weapon, but sometimes you gotta make sacrafices to RP

Sadly, since Gough's Armor is the only thing that looks both cool enough to represent Gabrius and is also, sadly, only capable of concealing the Right Hand enough for the DBS to get the rest, I had no choice.

But, hey, you have an excuse to SHORYUKEN! A pretty boss excuse, if you ask me.

My only question is why did you choose that specific armor selection? I understand the Guardian Leggings, but the other ones confuse me.

EDIT: Now I understand why Gough's armor, the others still are lost on me.

Gough's Armor was because it is the only armor that completely concealed one hand enough while letting the other exposed enough to see the remarkable difference, it became easy to weave a story.

As for the arms, well, in truth, you can actually see part of the Right Hand if you look from bottom to top. The manchette is very long and covers that exposed skin. The Balder Shield was the select shield because its length allows you to cover most of that glove from the "real" hand, which doesn't fit, I know. I would have preferred gloves or naked, but I had to do it.
