That armor set up is specially made to resist physical thrusting damage. This is the build I myself, along with any other super serious min maxers will bring.
Yeah I'm using guardian helm as well since it resists thrust damage. Good call.

You can't have a lot of poise and fencing gear was not meant to tank hits.

@John-Cutler: It's much simpler and easier to keep track poise this way, I don't think it looks that good and the sound is annoying as hell. Should I sign you up?

Hahaha! Jans is free to post builds wherever and when ever. He was promoted due to his extensive build skill and his unfailing assistance to others in the Exiled and elsewhere, of course. Figured I'd make it official!

Yeah I meant to sign up, this sounds like fun. And it was an interesting exercise finding the zero poise armor best suited to fencing duels.
