need a new controller (ps3)

well one of my controllers took a s*** everytime i turn it on its like its constantly pushing up on the dpad luckily i have a extra but i need to get  anew one for co-oping with my gf on Re6 and junk. but i wanna get a custom one where would be the best place to get a custom one that i actually can put a design on and not just pick from a bunch of ugly designs or just plain colors :/

I don't know the answer to your question but they're pretty easy to take apart and clean which might (aka probably) fix the problem.  If you're not averse to tinkering, there's also the option to try to repair and customize the controller yourself.

They are relatively easy to clean. My dog, like many others, used to be absolutely terrified of the vacuum, but I've been trying hard to make it kind of a fun afraid, if that makes sense. I've been doing it for years, and these days she still doesn't like it, but doesn't hide and pee on my floor when I vacuum anymore. Just thought I'd explain that in order to justify what I'm going to say now: I decided it'd be a good idea to try to vacuum her one night when I was first toying with the idea and she hurdled my coffee table and knocked a big gulp onto my controllers. It was all sticky by the time I got it opened and got all the parts out that I needed to take out to clean it properly, and I still managed to do it and get everything back inside that needs to be inside. I'm sure if the controller is just constantly triggering the up direction there's probably some crud inside either causing the button to stick slightly or causing the piece underneath the button to depress. A cleaning probably would do the job.

If I were looking for a custom controller I'd look online. Google custom playstation controllers for sale.

yea ima have to get a new one i took it apart and me and my shaky hands fd it up triggers fell off theres some random white piece that fell out and i lost a screw :/ lol oh well at least it was already inoperable
