Spoilers in signatures

When i click them, the "box" containing the post doesn't expand all the way through (not at all with some people)
so i get this

Happens with anyone who has spoilers in their signature, from every computer i logged in from

I have no idea how to fix that, im gonna take a look at my sig settings

The sig area has a pixel limitation which also extends to spoiler boxes in sigs. We implemented the sig size restriction a bit back to curtail massive wall of text sigs. Unfortunately using spoilers in sig as a workaround is not present viable.

Serious you've known about this for a while, we talked about this in a thread once.  You were the person that suggested I put my spoilers above my signature so that it would just cut off the words below my spoiler, so you could see what was within.

Tolvo it's not that, it's an issue with that method that means that the spoiler might glitch into an infinite spoiler-ception.. if you get what i mean.

His example doesn't happen if he doesn't just put tons of spoilers inside of spoilers.

This makes no sense to me. Hue's sig upon inspection is purposely made that long so I am not seeing the glitch. His sig runs out of real estate before you can get to the last spoiler box.

Is his sig not showing up as a bunch of spoilers though? Thats what it is to me..

His sig is exactly a bunch of spoilers in spoilers with one finally revealing a website. This is not a glitch, but a case of running into one's own attempts to be ostentatious.

I was just asking why it used to work, and no longer does.

I'm also talking about a few other cases where links are cut off when you click the spoiler tab.

It will expand up to the pixel limit of the sig box.

So I guess this is also why, if I don't delete the empty line between the image and text in my sig, the bottom line of my sig is cut off? Even without spoilers I'd be hitting the max size limit with that extra space?

Yeah if something gets cut off then it's exceeding the limit. It won't do snipping for you and will show exactly what fits within the pixel boundaries.

Serious' sig above is the best use of spoiler box to "increase" sig space. It expands almost to pixel limit and when it does it pushes his sig image out of view. When closed his sig image is in full view. That method gives ample real estate to express what you would like.
