Best places to PvP at Level 60

I'm about to create a new character for PvP and I'm going to be at level 60 so what are active places to PvP at for level 60?

I'm also curious to know how good the Silver Knight Shield and Dark Silver Tracer are, I've never used them before and going to try them out, are they any good?

Don't forget New Londo Ruins, if you're SL 55. You can actually get some decent PvP down there if you don't mind dealing with phantoms that the hosts might summon.

Anor londo, Demon ruins , painted world, new londo, township and forest are the best invasion spots at sl 40-70 are really the hot spots for invasions. 

If you are looking to host meaning get invaded at lvl 40-60 the best places are Undead burg/parish, Dark anor londo forest and township or painted world if u have decent amount of sin

i always make a stop in demon ruins around lvl60 when building a new pvp char. get some 10+ humanity and test a rough version of the build.

silver knight sword a really good and underused weapon. its 2h R2s break a ridiculous amount of poise or drain stamina. high dmg combos afterwards.
silver tracer is also really good @40dex, mainly for its criticals and ability to inflict toxin with its R2s.
