S&O have always been Fatty and Slim for me. I never really had a personal nickname for any other bosses, but I can tell you I've called the Capra Demon more than a few names back in the day

lol....a pox on me for not getting the joke. Good work. To answer your question I usually call them both ***holes. But you're right, bosses need nicknames. I should have got the joke as I used to call the Maneater gargoyles Hall and Oates in Demon's souls

I am not at all new to DkS, or to forum posting for the Souls games (some of you may even recognize my name), but I am brand new to this forum and this seems like a great first topic to post on.
If figures/statues were released for either Souls series, I would purchase any and all of them. That said, my top five choices for DkS only would be:
1. Ornstein
2. Capra Demon
3. Priscilla
4. Quelaag
5. Sif or Artorias*

*I would say it's outright Sif for my fifth choice, but as much as I love her, she is only a wolf with a sword. Not the greatest figurine, but Artorias certainly would be.

4.Havel
5.Artorias

For me? Top Five would be:
1. Gwyn, Lord of Cinder
2. Knight Artorias
3. Knight Solaire
4. Four Kings

Artorias, O & S, Nito, Black Knight, Kirk and the Dragon from Ash Lake.

Kirk, i reckon that sword would be great for scratching your ear. Ricard, the rapier would make a good toothpick, havel.......

I'd buy all of From's figs (a little at a time) - especially the dragons; but simply limiting them to five, it'd have to be the following:

1. Knight Artorias
2. Ornstein the Dragonslayer
3. Hawkeye Gough
4. Lord's Blade Ciaran
5. Priscilla

If you want some then all you gotta do is get in contact with Peter Nordstrum. He is the one who made the limited edition figures and still does more. You just have to ask for one of the statues he produces and voila!
