I wouldn't call it that troll.. it's more just a build that will annoy people cus you're using TWoP
btw if you use a 2H weapon instead like man serpent great sword, you can get an extra 200 AR, which you'll want just in case TWoP doesn't work or you want to make use of TWoP quickly as possible

I still wouldn't call it a troll build, but it might be funnier for a build with TwoP with Prisc Dagger to bleed people, or Rotten Buffed Bandit's Knife to Poison and bleed people, throwing knives just for messing with people.

At soul level 40 You will be able to invade just about anywhere. Toxic mist would be useful for catching out slower opponents and with the high poison resist you can load up on dung pies for that extra toxic effect. With the bow as your second weapon you can use poison arrows and stack poison on top of toxic if you are feeling particularly cruel.
If you come up against a stubborn opponent or some phantoms then you have a couple of powerful pyromancies as backup and the bandits knife for chainstabbing. (You could swap this for a dark hand if you want to further infuriate your victims by stealing their humanity).
54 poise is a little safety backup, enough for most situations as you aren't likely to be doing much proper fighting. The same goes for the crest shield.
I used a build like this for a long time and had lots of fun trolling people with poison and toxic in the archives!

I've never made a build specifically for trolling. So what i did was, think of a build that if invaded by would get on my nerves. So here you go.

Use for random invasions. As soon as you get in their world, cast twop. As they struggle, do the dance with the bows (i forget what it's called.) Another thing to do is as they're affected by twop, back way up and stare at them with the binoculars. For no reason. Once you run out of Twop casts, run. Find a ledge that will take them a minute to get to. Dance some more. Constantly flip, dance, use force, poison knives, dung pies, and dance some more. The point is to stay alive for as long as you can. And dance. Just keep dancing.
If someone did this to me, i think i'd eventually get annoyed, or laugh very hard. There's my take on a troll build.

Also in my opinion a troll build is a build that doesn't kill hosts in 2 friggin seconds, it's more about messing with the host and wasting his time before killing him.
