I'm confused

There's an item on a corpse above the giant rat in the depths, how do you get to it or is it just a tease

There's a hole behind one of the butchers (the one next to the chest containing large ember). Drop down that hole and you can get to that item.

What the one on the other side of the rat

It's that part that looks like a doorway right behind the butcher.

I know what door way but on the other side of the room the giant rat is in there is a hanging body with an item on it. I would like to know how to get to that item, as I've found no way to get to it . Or am I just blind dumb and senseless

There are some barrels/boxes directly behind the butcher's table. Roll through them and you will land on the ledge with the item.

Do a plunging attack on the giant rat while your at it

Ok once you break the boxes and stuff fall down the hole stay above the rat, move to the left and look directly across from where your standing there is a item there on a dead body. How do I get to it, this is what I want to know not how to get to the room I know where that is.

Ok, when you fall down the hole don't go left, go right. There is a little cornice along the wall, it will lead you to the other side.

You should have made him figure that part out.
