Well the Pendant necklace idea is certainly interesting. I would have never thought of that. The thing I'm most interested in is the sword and bonfire combo. Something that would fit on my desk or coffee table and would cost roughly somewhere in the 100$ range. I think the sword replicas could be very cool too. Think I'd have to wait and see one before I decide on one of those however.

We are aiming for a $15 to $100 price range to appeal to all budgets.

Rings are quite doable and an excellent idea, Yarxov.
I will be starting off with an initial bulk inventory which I will build once the design stage is complete. I'll see if I can work up a couple rings (several average sizes) to wet your appetite.

Ring replicas would be really cool. Too bad they won't have the effects they have in the game. Oh well, one can dream. I'd love to have the wolf ring and the ring of steel protection and just shrug off speeding cars, but oh well

Many things in game are very photogenic or desirable as a statue haha. The Capra Demons casual walk just looks amazingly cool.

I'll have to look at the rings in DeS, I remember there being a few I liked.

If you do end up making the rings, what materials are you gonna use? Cause judging by their size their gonna be some seriously expensive rings if you make them with gold or something more expensive.

Some of these are repeats, but consider them another favorable vote:
-Rings! Especially Old Witch's Ring, and the four Knights of Gwyn rings.
-A small Soapstone pendent and/or charm
-The Silver Pendent
-Any of the shields as pendants or key chains. Especially the Crest Shield, Grass Crest Shield, Dragon Shield. Effigy and Sanctus would also be very pretty.
-A Sunlight Medal!!!! Either as just a coin to display, or as a pretty pretty pendant.

Wow, I missed this? Can't wait to see when the final products are on offer!

EDIT: Oh, and make swords that you can buff. Like little mail openers that you can click a button or shake and voila! - Great Magic Weapon on that bad boy.

But I'm definitely excited to see the results. Rings and key chains seem like the best ideas to start with but weapon miniatures sound bad***

It seems like a pretty cool thing to be able to say to someone "I'm a silversmith."

I'd possibly buy something, if I like the designs.

You could make the soapstones out of actual gems. Likely quartz since it is cheap but still angular like that, the problem would be finding a piece the right color consistency. But maybe other stones would be more suited for it. I think it would be odd having a stone made of metal.

I am taking note of every ones suggestions and will modify the initial start off inventory a bit to accommodate some suggestions. Not all things can be done at one time and some things might well fall into to realm of custom orders.

I wanted to comment on your post last night but I was in a rush. I'm home now and on holiday...my last week for this fiscal year!

Your excitement over this struck me in such a way as to really rev me up with even more encouragement ...honest. I have done some big custom orders...pro rodeo buckles for rodeos and other organizations but they have been relatively static.

Which means I design the buckles, bracelets, prize rodeo hat bands (for rodeo cowgirls and kinda like a tiara that goes on their cowboy hat), and some other stuff...they say they like and give the go ahead on the design...and I'm left alone for 6 to 8 weeks while I create them.

This project will be much more dymanic. It's a new and different venue for me to work through. So I am also very excited and (I am not afraid to be honest) a bit nervous.

I hope you and everyone else will be pleased with the first inventory I ship to FextraLife. Just remember it is only the beginning. Additional items will be added with each shipment. And I really hope (as does Fex) that FextraLife will be able to take personal custom orders as well.

Just wanted you to know, PyroElleh. And I am very thankful that others have shown excitement over this project as well.

Keep the ideas coming in...even if it is something very personal that would require custom work. I am tracking all ideas!

What a cool profession! It must be an amazing feeling to see your work being awarded as top-prize. And the processes of metalworking fascinate me. There is something significant about the "solid", "everlasting" feeling of metal.... something that makes it more meaningful than plastic or plaster. I don't sculpt often, but I have a dream of someday having a piece cast in bronze. It just feels very....legit - for lack of a better word. lol

I will be eager to see your creations, whatever they may be. I hope you choose whatever appeals to you, the artist.
