I wouldn't. If you plan your character carefully and don't make stupid decisions, you won't need to respec. Think before you act.

I was going to say "just start a new one", but then I thought of my Mage... On NG++ because I wanted to attune CSSx3. Would be a serious annoyance to start all that over again, and I would like to tweak his stats. Can't bb glitch spell scrolls either.

As long as you couldn't use a respec to go down in sl. So if you had to use EVERY level that you had in the respec it would work. Otherwise people would use it to become sl1 invaders. Perhaps something like pay 1 million souls to re do the last 10 levels upgraded. This way its not a total respec but its still there.
