Not really, with Lingering Dragoncrest ring the health drain isn't bad and with 70 Vitality 20 HP for hit (Remember it only takes health away when you hit your opponent) is miniscule.

But if you hit them while they dodge, it still takes away 20 hp, which is quite annoying about it.

The chaos blade is honestly essentially useless, the Washing Pole will easily fork over the same DPS without having to loose HP with each swing.

The idea of the build is to go nuts and activate the red tearstone ring, then really go nuts hahah.

normally i'd say go with a server to counteract the pw buuut... thats not the point here is it? would you swithch to a buffabble or elemental kat once the red ring activated?

At that point it wouldn't really matter, the total damage output at that point would be well over 800 per hit I believe. Switching weapons wouldn't make much of a difference, they could only take 3 hits at that point if they have high vit and I havent touched them already.

i suggest switching only because at 20% hp 20 dmg a hit isn't easy to take lightly at 2000 hp max you'll have 400 hp to work with being eaten by pw and chaos blade and enemy strikes. plus you'll probably hit the persons shield and damage your self... it just seems to be a very fine line to tread...

Actually on my dex build I quite often use the chaos blade + Power Within for PvP. It gives the other player a nasty surprise =)
Also it gives the duel a time limit in which to kill your opponent which is a nice challenge as long as the guy doesn't run away...

Just my 2 cents but I reserve PW strictly for 3 gankers coming at me cuz they will do nothing but rush you constantly and often theres no time to buff...and its likely I will die in the end so its fun 2 take 2 down with ya...and hey sometimes its the host. I have taken all 3 down at once with PW and a buffed Mura stunlock when I had time to buff that is.
So many people just evade and let you die when you use PW in duels but hey the build is a fun idea for sure...massive dmg quickly is always fun.
