NG+ Summoning guide? Empty NG+ Summoning guide?

Post by RaSoul Tue Apr 24, 2012 4:45 am

Thanks to Reaperfan we have this awesome summoning guide which I have used everytime I went to co-op bosses happy

Now Im in NG+ and I havent been able to find that many signs around, sadly.
There was some talk in the old forums about making a guide for NG+ and so on.
Did anyone start testing, or was the idea left behind? I imagine it was a lot of work.

Im SL 92 and I just got the Lordvessel, and Im heading for Nito, is my SL too high or low?

Its hard to judge in NG+. Most people either level up continuously or stay to a certain SL for FC and othre things. I was in anor londo at SL 110 and saw a fair few signs. Really its the luck of the draw.

You can pretty much get summoned at any level for any boss if you wait long enough. If you want rapid turnaround though, I would suggest throwing down your sign for Ornstein and Smough. LOADS of people want help with them.

I think most people take on te four kings in NG+ at SL 110ish. But where do you put your summon sign for that?

Some put it at the beginning of the level, in the stone thing between the 2 wooden bridges,

In my opinion, waiting at the bridge for a summon sign, especially if you have a guy with you, is a bad idea. If you get invaded, you have a bottle-neck where the invader can kill your guys one-at-a-time.

At the beginning of the level is a better place. Kill all the zombies so if you get invaded they are not in the way.

Probably yes, but I saw the most summon signs between the 2 bridges anyway big grin
I got invaded a couple of times while there, and both times the guy (different ones, both DM) was so nice to let me follow him to the zombie area before starting cheers
