Dragon Build
Hello everyone, I just updated the Dragon Torso Section; http://darksoulswiki.wikispaces.com/Path+of+the+Dragon
The Dragon Torso can not only knock down shields but also boost the strength of all attacks. Melee/Pyro/Miracles/Magic. Magic that has fast casting times benefit from the increase in damage, such as; Wrath of the Gods, Great Combustion, Fire Serge, and Fire whips. They also stack with Miracle and Sorcery boost rings. Rank doesn't offer bonus damage only moderately with melee weapons, so its pointless to stay in it if you don't want to, because you can still use the torso stone in any other covenant.
Melee weapons that are fast benefit the most with the damage bonus such as spears and rapiers (small-medium) weapons.
The only real stat that's required for this build is 40 Endurance. You need to be able to use force and follow up with fast attacks or moving away before your stamina runs out. I used ring of steel protection and ring of favor. Which ring of steel protection could be substituted for a Sorcery/Miracle boost if you decide to go with Intelligence or Faith. With Wrath of the Gods it increased damage by 235 points, and when stacked with miracle boost ring increased it to an extra 425... totaling over 1000+ damage per hit. Mind you, I tested this in game+++ so its hard to say because enemys have greater defense, but there guard is broken after using force so the damage is allot more then what's shown here.
I'm not encouraging it to be spammed, but with Dragon Full Form having no defense comes the reward with its heavy damage.
Hope to see more dragons out there
