Leeroy Jenkens can be summoned right outside the boss chamber... and the boss is most easily beaten by charging straight at it with wreckless abandon... it all makes sense now.

IE: the battle is purely a symbollic fight, and not meant to be difficult in the least bit.

I think it would of been better if they placed leeroy in the valley of the drakes and just slapped a boss on there, like make the Undead Dragon a Boss. Would be sweet to watch him destroy all those dragons lol and make the reference better

    A summon that kills you?
That needs to be in the next game. A high rank darkwraith get's an anti-white soapstone, that would, when "summoned" be like a spy, since a darkwraith spawns instead.

I totally agree. I've just got this feeling the battle is so easy as a symbollic Leeroy Jenkins pun.

Make it a boss that is a large group of enemies, and you have to aggro them one at a time. And if you summon him, he just charges in and goes straight for an enemy that resembles a chicken.

And put a special message written by Oscar, saying: "Chances of survival: 33.3, repeating, of course."

You know that just gave me an interesting idea...What if you could rate people who helped you? I know it could be heavily abused, but it would be interesting if people weren't jerks wouldn't it? So you go up to a sign and see, "+124 ratings, sure he can help me kill four kings!"

They had that in demon's, mate. And you're right about it being heavily abused.

But how would it work? Would you have to find his summon sign again to up-rate him? Or would it work like indictments, I.E after the phantom helps you beat a boss, a screen would come up, like "rate this phantom?" Also, you should only be able to rate him if he helped you defeat the boss, or otherwise people would get +ratings for PvP reasons. But it is a cool idea, and would help you choose a phantom to pick, if given the choice between two.

Edit: I didn't play Demon's, so how did it work there?

You'd rate the guy afterwards. And trolls downrated everyone. It was horrible because they'd summon you then banish and downrate you.

To be honest the rating system in demons wasn't even all that useful, I don't think I ever stopped to look at the rating of the person I was summoning, because I got the game a few months after release, so everyone gave me bad ratings for not knowing how to beat the bosses.

Yay Storm Ruler.......I always wondered why they needed a guy to measure the length of the storm though.
