the one on the narrow bridge were you open the chaos servant shortcut? thats really weird. reload the game i guess its supposed to respawn.

I've had that happen before. I'm pretty sure ^ reloading fixed the issue

^Yup, pretty sure there has to be a loading (same as the Darkmoon NPCs in Dark Amor Londo). Simply resting at a bonfire won't make him respawn, but a homeward bone should do the trick. Alternately, quitting/ reloading the game before (or after, not sure) resting at a bonfire should also make him respawn.
