I know it wouldnt but it means that Dmoons miss out on fighting other Dark moons.

Yes darkmoons can sin by betraying thier covenant. but by doing that they wouldint by darkmoons anymore so yes and no.

Spirits of vengeance can't be indicted. Darkmoons can. They can use cracked eye orbs, get indicted, and now are open to darkmoon invasion untill the sin is absolved. We can't fight eachother in dark londo, but thats it.

they cant be indicted for invading with thier blue eye orb is what he is saying, but anyone with a cracked red eye orb can of course, your stealing thier humanity and thier innocent. mostly.
