Chaos may ensue. *laughs* I guess you won't take my advise, will you, Proud Knight? *sigh* You've heard my tale. Will you not tell me yours?

Knight smirks "Be careful you do not burn yourself, or chaos may indeed ensue. My tale, like my name, is a secret for now. I was, and still am, a knight of astora, but now I am more. And that more is not to be spoken."I have already said his name if you really want to know.

Naw. It's cool to have the same "knowledge" as my character.

Before I respond, I seriously have no idea how Undead Report works. I think I may have tried it earlier, but nothing happened. Anyway, what if I secretly used that on your character to be more friendly? Would it even work in theory? Or is your character not undead or something something something?

We dont know if it works on non hollows, but even if it did a far as we know Id sit there for 30 seconds killing anything that attacks you.
You're also implying you could get close enough to touch my guy.

Here's the description:
Advanced pyromancy of Quelana of Izalith. Charm undead and gain temporary allies.
The living are lured by flame, and this relationship is part and parcel to the art of pyromancy. Can be used by either gender.

Being bale to do something and being allowed to do it are 2 different things. Quelana mad ethe spell, that means its complex. And no matter how good you are you arent better than meaning meaning its inner workings are most likely beyond your level. Especially considering its advanced. And like I said who said you could get close enough to make it work?

Oh. and you said your knight smirked? I was imagining him in... you guessed it. The Elite Knight Armor set. What does he actually wear? Or does he wear all that but takes off the helmet around the bonfire? Or did you mess up :o

Hmm lore takes a lot of thought to write; I found myself deleting, editing, and rewriting many times while writing just these few bits of lore.

Joe somehow I doubt it is powerful enough to effect nonhollows. Hollows are simple beings, little more than beasts. Nonhollows have thoughts and personalities that you would have to overpower.

Who says I wasn't ever close enough to cast it? I could have easily cast it right before putting out my flame. Heck, I may have cast it while pretending to charge up the tempest.

Although Im not entirely sure about the leggings and gauntlets, I havent had the chance to see what it looks like. He'd have his mask up though so you couldnt see his face.

You cant delay a spell. And it has melee range.

Ahh. In this way, I may not make him my ally, but possibly non hostile?

Or my mentally hardened mind (yes that is part of my backstory) stops it working at all.

It's at this point that you are tackled from behind by a roaring man and hurled from the fire.

As you look up you see a man wearing only a pair of tights, a pair of caestus, and a strange hat in an obvious boxing pose.

"AHA! Ya didn't expect the ol' Artemis Cartwheel, now did ya? That will teach you to harass the ladies with ol' Rocky the Fist about!"

I flip you off me, twisting out of your grip and disappear into the surrounding dark.

Technically he wasn't on you, he just rolled when he hit you and hurled you away

Hmm perhaps but an intelligent being would know that they were being manipulated. Caution and dislike don't just suddenly get replaced with warm and fuzzy feelings.

By the way Dough what the heck toon are you supposed to be? That can't be Oscar, not knightly enough.
