This will only be based on things we already know and anything else would be labelled speculation. All i'm definitively putting down are what we Happened at the beginning and headings dictating major events in the story, like mile stones in the story. All we need to do now is detail it with things such Exiles, Duties bestowed at while time Exodus or the Gods,etc etc.

- -------The Witch Izilith is engulfed by the flame she created to replace the first flame. From this flame gives birth to chaos and the demons. The Witch Izilith(along with the possiblity of some of her children)is deformed into the core of the Bed of Chaos.
-------The Witch Izilith's Son and Daughters become deformed into Demons and the Fire Sorceries are lost in the Flame of Chaos.
-------Quelaana escaped but was possibly effected by the Chaos because only people of powerful pyromancy can see her.
-------Other Daughters escaped the transformation of the flame of Chaos(speculation)
-------The Bed of Chaos extends its branches to what is now known as Blighttown in the form of The Great Hollow which creates the great blight pus,the tar of blight town.
-------Ingui comes to Blighttown exiled from the great swamp and comes to blighttown, he drinks the blighttown pus only for the white lady to show humanity in order to save his life. She becomes infested with eggs and becomes a firekeeper.
-------The Chaos servant covenant is formed.
*-------At some point The Daughters of Izilith forge a ring to protect their younger brother, which he drops into the Lava to create the Centipede demon

The Chosen Undead went into the depths and freed Laurentius of the great swamp and kills an ancient gaping dragon
-------The second Bell of awakening is rang, opening the Portcullis to Sens Fortress
-------The Chosen undead meets Kingseeker frampt, the primordial serpent
-------The Chosen undead traverses the fortress and destroys the Iron Golem.
