For me it's 259 hours so far, with 8 chars, some of them are not "finished" so I may go to 300h before retiring !

I will be passing the 200hr mark soon but I stopped playing it for awhile after release and have only recently picked it back up.

I'm almost 230 hours in, it would be alot more but after the 1.4 patch issues in Japan I decided to put it down and play other stuff until we got the patches. I just like the challenge out of it, even at 340 if I'm not paying attention or acting stupid I can get killed really easily.
Heck I solo'd S and O without Solaire, I wasn't aware you could summon him, at something like 60-80, I forget. That was one of the most intense and rage inducing fights I have ever done. I'm also a former FFXI player, putting many hours into a game is something I do :/

Iv been doing (mainly) multiple playthroughs with coops and PvP on the side and has gotten me over 200hours with ease.. XD

170 here w/ one char... trying to get the last of the knight's honor w/ him, then get to kiln for PvP. Once there I'll start a new faith build, which I plan on getting to 120 as quickly as possible and get to Kiln for PvP. May do NG+ w/ it just to get some more slabs and move on to a Str build and a Dex build. Will easily put in 3-400 hours before I'm 'done'. Still need to start Batman and maybe even do a Demon's Souls run before the servers are shut down.

I've gotta be coming close to 400 hrs with this game from all the different toons I've made. Can't even remember the last game I've invested this much time in....cept WoW 6 yrs strong >.<.
