WIKI PVP SPOT

I vote for the Moonpit. A lot of people skip that boss, so pretty much anyone can host, and there have been A LOT of really good players down there lately. So even if you can't get a fight with people from the forums, you'll find some good players to duke it out with during your downtime.

What's the moonpit?

Moonlight Butterfly pit. Generally referred to as "The Pit". Seen a lot of really cool builds down there in the last few days.

last night in the moonpit there was about 3 dragons doing the machine gun glitch and it was not fun, this thing is spreading so fast, say goodbye to reg pvp guys so i guess we really need a place with barely any traffic or we're gonna be getting owned my dragons left and right.

It's the area you enter on your way to the Moonlight Butterfly boss. It's got the living trees and stone giants.

it really sucks cause i know namco and FROM arent gonna anything about it till later this year, if this keeps spreading the way it is right now i guess im gonna stop playing until they patch it.

Won't these dragon idiots get bored? Is it long term fun doing this? And won't they all just start fighting each other at some point? Lol

well, the gankers in the forest have yet to get bored so i dont think so, its sad.

i think today, just noticed it i like it
and just when i wanted to join the forest hunters to fight the gankers, im afraid to now since i know all gankers are gonna start using the machine gun glitch to fight hunters, i wish them good luck.

Actually with the amount of tree coverage and their slow walking speed dragons can actually be easier to deal with in the forest. you can simply run loops around the, attack their back and BS them when they stun. And in a gank since they cant keep up thepahntom has to walk with them, so you can kite, or chase after yo uand fight you alone, in which case you win.

I think the area before the Centipede Demon could be good too.

Other than that, I think some places other people have said would be really good too. The area before Ceaseless Discharge, the roof of Sen's Fortress, and that circle arena by the second bonfire in Blighttown.


Anywhere in Anor Londo would be a really bad idea imo.

Also, could we not limit it to just SL 120 characters? I mean, only one of my characters is below that spot. All of the others are at least 5 levels over. :/

In regards to SL I think 120 is too high. If we're gonna set a limit I want it to be 100.

Perhaps we could have multiple duel areas? One designated for below 100, one for between 100 and 120, another for between 120 and 150 or something, so on and so on.

yes they were pulling rss now for a couple of nights, i just run to the giants and bc out. although i did get machine gunned with prism stones. I LOL'd.
