Same here (I also haven't seen a vagrant). Been cursed a bunch of times and invaded gravelords, but never a phantom seen. I'm at the point where I think I'm going to ask someone to specifically target me. Apparently it's pretty easy to do if they RSS you first, give it a few minutes, then send you home and then immediately use an eye of death. The RSS sort of locks you into their lobby as it were, which the eye of death then uses to curse you.
