Tranquil Walk with no Cast Time?

Is this some new glitch? I got hit by it with no cast time and what I think was one of the lightning spears but im not too sure about that. Have fought this same guy a few times in the burg and he keeps doing it. I think it was done with a pyro glove

Anyone else seem simmilar things?

I believe that is the spell swap glitch if he indeed cast it with the Pyromancy glove. People also use that glitch to buff unbuffable weapons :\.

Ahh, ok. I hadn't run into it before this. But seriously, how bad do you have to be at this game to have the need to use exploits like this to get wins?

I got a win on my thrid go at least. Must be really embarrassing when when you get done by a parry/chain bs while using this
