Poison Knives or Poison Arrows?

Poison Knives to more buildup through a shield, but less on a direct hit.
Arrows are arrows...

Arrows do 3 damage per second.
Knives do 4.

Thoughts? which would you use?

both!

if you need that weapons slot go with knives. most of my builds area str builds and cant use the bows so i always go with the knives and work pretty good specially in closed spaces since theyre kinda slow compared to arrows, i wish there were poison bolts since i like crossbows better.

That is what I do.
I use knives on slower opponents/ones not good at dodging, and arrows on ones that can dodge. I prefer to use the knives when possible because it's a bigger poison per second.
Furthermore, who uses dungpies? 7 damage a second isn't anything to shake your head at, and you can stack it with your other poison. Together it's 10-11 damage per second, and can end a match in less then a minute often.

I for one prefer arrows over knives 'cause if combined with the right bow and the right upgrade can pack a punch, I use a lightning composite bow +5 myself but it's best to use what suits you; also when use a bow you have a more advanced aiming system and range than the close quarters lock-on with the knives.

Yeah, I was gonna suggest slinging the poo! Toxic is just swell and coupling it with poison is devastating for some opponents. I've managed to inflict both a few times and it throws my opponent into hysterics, lol!

I carry poison daggers and not arrows, so...

I wish there were toxic throwing knives, or that the regular throwing knives scaled with dex or something. It would be cool if they made throwing knives more of a viable weapon in the next game. I also wish they had a toxic resin, that would kick ***.

They already serve a very important role in the game, To humiliate your opponent by killing him/her with throwing knives.

Lol i was going to say that rant would hate to see another benefit to going with dex, i kind of agree though. I just mean maybe have it so with 45 dex the speed you throw them increases or maybe have one type of throwing knife that scales with str and one that scales with dex.

The Strength in the Arm in general succumbs speed any day.

I do. Toxic is 7 damage per second, and the buildup is insane.
