Invisible invader?

Once I was summoned by someone and we were in Sen's Fortress. Then, he acted like he was fighting someone and died, but I could not see anyone.

A few days later I summoned someone in the Duke's Archieves, and then was invaded. I fought the invader and died, but my summon did not fight. He just stood there and watched me. When I asked him why he didn't attack, he said he could not see anyone and did not get an invasion message.

This is a rare glitch... try not to be worried about it.

Rare? This is far to common (for me) to be rare.

This has only ever happened twice to me.

Happens to me AAAAAALL the time.

I've had this a few times. It's rather annoying.

ive had 2 invisible invaders, and once in a while 1 of the kings will be invisible/untouchable in co_op.

Does this seem to happen more on XBOX or PS3? This is the first time I've heard of this glitch. Where in Lordran does it usually happen?

For me this happened once in the Kiln and presumably once in the Forest. These were on the PS3.

Oh man that's horrible!

I've had this happen to me, but only once. I was helping out in Anor Londo poor host.

This glitch happens a lot more on PS3.

It is an annoying glitch... Although one had the descency to put on grass blossom when they saw me, so I can see where they are. Sadly, I can't tell when they swing at all.

They have seemed to die off in Dark Souls. Maybe waiting for these people to leave is not necessary. I have seen less and less glitchers and such for the times I played PvP. It must be due to something, right?

I've had 2 of theses so far. Can't use bonfires and then BAM! invader. Wasn't invisible, but I also didn't receive the notification that he had arrived.
