    A while back there was a topic about mysterious, staggered 4 hit attacks that sometimes happened in PvP. I can't find the old thread so not sure if it was resolved, but I do recall there were questions about whether it had been captured on video. The below shows it at about 4:30. Apologies if this was already cleared up, but thought it was interesting

    Definitely looks like a bug, but it could be severe lag as well, that guy got killed w/ a CSS WAY away from it...

    Comments to that video suggest it's some sort of hack/mod, but I think I've seen this on PSN which I'd hoped was mod free

    It's definitely not a mod, if anything it's severe lag, but more likely a glitch.
