Not anymore. The last war there was SL 80 and it was very slow. SL 60 is better in the PW. If you want that SL pvp the lord areas are ok, but the kiln is best.

realy 0_0 at SL 80 i get pretty good consistency maybe 2 min wait max 0_0 sigh this new build will be the death of me hahaha

I'd argue 70 for dws and 80 for dms are the better ranges. I frequently fight sl 90s even, though I'd say thats probably to high.
I can't speak for anyone else, but my dm averages 1 invasion every 2 minutes (about average in my experience) at 80 in the pw, with sls being mostly 70-90, and the rss will get you action as 85 for sure.
I'd stop at 70 or 80 though.

BEst range for invading anywhere is SL55 lols, unless its not peak times and the place is emtpy ahahaha
