They do indict fairly often on the PS3. At least for me.

Rep system gotten form indicted... that and it screws Darkmoons in general.

I;ve killed at least 200 people today and only been indicted 6 times.

Maybe this thread could provide some insight. Sure it's an old thread, but the idea that people view indictments as rewards for the people who killed them still stands, and it doesn't provide much incentive for a player to indict a victorious invader.

I get indicted all the time as a FH. I'm not even cheap, if you don't count counter twop, and I don't do it that often.

I think it is like the orange message stone.... players just don't bother with it anymore. None of my three toons have bothered to ever purchase any indictments. Bad Kirk. :oops: I should change that, especially since I mostly host.

I dont get indicted in the forest anymore either. Im dropping down the book of the guilty.

No idea, makes dming slower than it should be in many places though.

I still do, but I mainly indict those who were being rude or using some sort of glitch.

i have noticed that, i get indicted by gankers all the time. i guess its my reward for kicking their ***?

I get indicted constantly. Level 200+ DMB dudes invade quite often. And it blows.

6 indictments out of 200 kills isn't bad at all... It's about the rate I got ever since October!

I've noticed a decline in indicts as well.

I fear I may be a part of the problem. I don't bother buying Indictments anymore, just because I realized that I'm too lazy to care about indicting invaders.

I get indicted all the time on the PS3, usually by sore losing gankers who come into the fight all pumped up expecting an easy win, but end up getting handed their butts on a silver platter!

Last night by the Garden Bonfire I kept invading this one hosts world over and over again, either through his Gravelord sign or by using my Red Eye Orb, and on the first three to four occasions he managed to edge the win, but then I started to win and that's when the indictments come pouring in! :roll:

Well, all in all... I'm done for the day, and I got 31 indictments from what feels like a thousand PvP victories.

I don't know... I went from level 132 to level 267 in a single day, so I think I must have been killing a lot of people.

Went from #10,000+ to around #800, so I'm happy.

I never indict cause i cba to run up that freaking tower to buy indictements.
Call me lazy lol.

I only indict good duels. If they win by any cheap means They get nothing!

Rynn I host a lot of PvP and I don't indict a lot, my reasoning is the **** see an indict as a reward so I don't indict jerks. Then when it comes to the decent DWs I never know if they want it or not so I don't know what to do

@isthefridge- that puts a whole different slant on my experiences in the Garden last night, as the Host may have been rewarding me for winning. It had never occurred to me that an indictment could be given as a reward :roll: , but it's pretty obvious seeing as how this is essentially handing out the opportunity to experience more PvP by increasing the chance of invasion. I can be really thick at times! :oops:

I always get indicted, even in fair fight, and I LOVE it.

When I indict it's usually when I get cheesed to death.
