Create a new Gesture

If you could have any gesture at all in the game, what would it be, and what would you specifically use it for?

For me it would be the worm, because I wanna see someone do the worm in full Smoughs.

I'd like some kind of a "hello" gesture, perhaps a smaller and quicker wave.

The wave gesture uses a very wide, back-and-forth wave, which looks like it could also mean "hey over here!". It looks like a funny way to say hello if someone is standing a couple feet from you, as you'd never use that exaggerated of a wave in real life. I'd like one where you just raise hand a little and show your palm, kind of like "hey".

Of course bowing is another way to say hello, but I guess I just want an option for a less exaggerated wave.

Those booty shakes that are like when women vibrate their asses. I'd do it over the body of gankers.

Someone once proposed having some gear-specific gestures, which I really like the idea of. Instead of only using 'well what is it', 'skyward', or 'shrugging' to basically convey "gotcha", you could also have animations that correspond with different weapon types.

-With the uchigatana / washing pole / etc, you could have the player wipe blood from the blade.
-With rapiers, the player could take a formal-looking 'en garde' stance, pointing the sword straight out for a moment.
-Greatswords could hold the sword pointing straight up in front of their face, posing kind of like a statue.
-Daggers could maybe take the parry-ready stance of the undead assassins, and then do some fancy-looking swipes to show off.
-Greataxes could rest the axe on the ground and rest one hand on the handle, a pose kind of like this picture but upside-down: http://images.elfwood.com/art/j/s/jsin/dwarf.jpg

They could do anything, really, but those are just some ideas.

Those would be nice Retro, or we could have my fellow Hunters pouring 40's down my toon's crack into the mouths of Gankers. Mind you, all I know about booty shaking comes from a single skit of Saturday Night Live.

A laughing gesture, or one where you stab your weapon into the ground and cross your arms like one of Ike's taunts from SSBB

Brushing your hands together in front, like you have just finished a simple task.
Thumbs up or thumbs down. That could be useful in a lot of situations.

Or if you want something simple, cutting your hand across your throat, then you could use point afterwards for a very nice intimidation effect. Even though you'd probably be killed before finishing the whole thing.

Bring back the bow gesture from Demon's Souls, I always liked that one. It was somewhat comical.

I'd like some kind of gesture to congradulate, like simply clappng your hands and I would love it if there was some kind of interactive gestures, like both people react to them. For example someone could pat another player on their back after a grueling battle or a high five would be nice.

I personal would like my character to be able to blow his breath into his hands then rub them together (like what you do when you're cold.) I would like to do that in front of the bonfires...

a fart gesture would be cool. You kind of fan it around with your hand, makes your character seem more human.

I'd like a gesture that indicates "Please for the love of god STOP RUNNING AROUND and let me give you this item!"

I once tried to stop and drop a purple moss clump for a guy in Blighttown who obviously didn't have any and I would run up to his face, frantically spin and flail for a moment, then go into my menu, drop the item, and he'd run somewhere else. I dropped and picked up the clump about 10 times or more, I'm not kidding.

Also, more gesture slots. They don't all have to have a sixaxis shortcut, but allow me to assign and use more of them, please!

Oh, also: wiping sweat from your brow. "Whew, that was a close one!"

I wish my guy would stumble around like Bo Rai Cho from Mortal Kombat after he takes a pull off of the Estus Flask. That's kind of a gesture. That, or Air Guitar on a Great Scythe would be cool.
