I noticed that when you enter anor londo and go down the stairs to the room with the 2 giants, there is a statue of ornstein holding a gold speer. Directly across from that there is another room with 2 giants gaurding a statue of smough holding a gold hammer. Other than the chests behind the giants is there any other reason those giants are standing there by the statues? Are the statues supposed to mean anything other than they are the bosses? What are your ideas?

Re: Question about statues
It represents their influence and power in Anor Londo. Similar to people in high places having statues and artwork based off them letting others know who is important, and who the peasants hold on their backs.

Re: Question about statues
I never looked at it that way.... That makes a lot of sense because they are one of the more difficult bosses.

Re: Question about statues
Meh, I beat them on my first encounter, and so they're not that special.
