How can I leave Taurus Demon alive in NG+?

I'm about to take my PvP character into NG+, and I thought it would make sense to Not kill the Taurus Demon in Undead Burg, so that I can potentially host there later on. I'm just not sure the right way to avoid that boss. I can only think to use the master key to go to Blighttown first, or maybe Darkroot/Parish by going past the undead Dragon in Valley of the Drakes. Is there another route or method that makes more sense? I overleveled a bit in NG, so I should be fine to handle whatever areas I need to go through. Any ideas are welcome, thanks.

Run past or kill Havel and go to the Parish through Darkroot.

I find it really easy to go past the undead dragon in drake valley. It allows easy access to the forest and to the church for the next boss.

Btw its a smart idea to leave the burg open for hosting especially if you wanna be in a fight club but still progress through the game.

Ahh, I didn't think I could open the door by Havel with the Master Key. Yeah, that would be the simplest, I guess. Thanks guys.
