I dont have the time to help you through summoning but i can give some advice that might help you beat him easier. What i usually do is keep circling him until he attacks and then i attack him with a +5 lightning greataxe or other strong weapon. If that doesnt work maybe you can try magic if you have atleast 32-45 intel. Just keep blasting him with soul spear, crystal soul spear, and the homing soul masses. Thats how i usually beat him and i am on my 4th play on my main account.
