as the title says. what boss did you find the most disappointing and was it because of how easy it was, how it looked or was it something else?

for me it would be the gaping dragon, because i haven't died a single time against it. pinwheel, same reason. and stray demon/demon firesage because they just copied the looks from the asylum demon and did some changes to them.

Nito. He does no damage considering many people will not dare to try him till last, and will hence have good armour and will take almost no damage from his attacks..

For me, he was the boss I was most disappointed with, after all the build up he gets on the opening cinematic I thought he'd be the badass last test before you can go face gwyn.

anyone else think for his size he should be faster? or at the very least have a gravelord sword dance attack thats not dodgable..

Nito, he's my favourite character in the game and I was awaiting the terrifying battle of the century, me going one on one against the terrible vessel of miasma and death, his will against mine...Then I hit him with some Pyromancy and he died.

You know what would be amazing? If the whole room was just filled with a mist that gave you a Toxin, so the whole fight you have to deal with the status effect and fast draining health. Now that's a boss!

Divine weapon? What is this you are talking about? I think i remember making 1 for the trophy a long time ago. But my 2 faith toons dont even use 1. Try any weapon and hug nito and you will win.

For me, it wasn't any of the laughably easy bosses. Bed of Chaos was my biggest disappointment. Here you have this wonderful idea laid out for a boss, but the mechanics for the fight just weren't all that great. It was an awesome idea, but so poorly designed in it's implementation. sad

lol toxic? no *** way. that would be impossible if you were perma toxified in the fight :| I'd agree if you were poisoned though, that would be better.

and if he wasn't such a little ***** with his pathetically weak attacks.

Also. Get rid of that giant wall in the middle of the arena. Would make kiting him a little more challenging and all his attacks against kiters wouldn't bounce off the wall.

And for the toxic, maybe not have it be the whole duration of the fight, but give him a move that has a giant miasmic cloud of toxic spread out around him and sits there for a good bit. This would close off that portion of the arena and force you into the other quadrants.

lets be fair on the creators maneater, they are hard until you're used to the gameplay, afterwards they're most are pretty simple.

like the gargoyles destroyed me in dark, in demons the maneaters were easy.

I also think there isn't enough difficulty increase with bosses when you summon. I think there should be upping damage and/or health to compensate for being able to use meat shields etc. would make it better coop in my opinion.

*Gargoyles Hits you with its tail while your two Phantoms are attacking it's front, 1000 damage!*

    Actually I like this idea.

I think making the miasma of death less frequent, but making it insta toxic would be a good solution to that.

Though then again you'd just get everyone rocking up with spider shields and still trolling him... :|

In that case. Don't give a status ailment effect to it, and just have it do massive damage over time. By massive, I mean get the hell out of the cloud or die within seconds from full health.. >:3

massive damage and weapon breaking effect like how it destroys stuff on the opening movie, and still do toxic

And just to be a little more evil, if you have any phantoms helping you, and they die. They turn into NPC Black Phantoms, just because it's Nito, first of the undead. He has necromancer written all over him.

I'd say Gwyn - first and foremost just parry him makes the fight way to easy bounce

Nito is easy long as you stay close he will keep the skeletons killed off for you, maybe have it so they are immune to his attacks? Put a Necromancer at the back of the room and nullify the Divine effect on skeletons.

Bed of Chaos - there are blind spots you can stand in way to easy, and really wasn't a fan of the one hit kill scenario they made out of this boss at all.

Seath - Long as you have good Curse resistance and don't need his tail this guy is probably the easiest boss, circle till he fires then pound.

Out of all the Lord Bosses only Four Kings lives up to the challenge otherwise all the bosses before the lords are harder in my opinion.

nito's spell should inflict that weird slime status effect the horde monsters in new londo inflict, your slowed and take constant damage, add a durability damage effect and voila! also give him a grab attack so people don't hug him as safetly,

First: Pinwheel and Moonlight butterfly does not count.

Second: No one voted for Iron Golem, he never killed anyone here.

Third: Bed of Chaos is more luck than strategy, also does not count.

4º: Gwyn is the hardest boss in the game if you try to beat him without parry, and I'm SURE that EVERYONE here struggled at him (without phantoms), and then looked up in the Wiki for tatics and found out that you could parry him.
