If you're lower than sl100, than you should use the Red Sign Soapstone, yes.

On your original build, Cach, why not add a pyro glove for 0 weight in your right hand? You don't need to change any stats, unless you're bursting for a faster cast rate which requires 45 dex

I Like pyro... but what spells should i go?
I'm always use fire orb and fire ball, but i dont think it make wonders in pvp sure?
