Saints Row however goes like this .
Saints Row, Saints Row , Saints Row the Third and Saints Row IV . I bet for the fifth game they have just a hand with all five fingers to represent 5 on the box art.

Difference is when the guys at rockstar suggest that, they won't be joking.

It'll probably be the back of a hand with 5 fingers up and saints row to left and right of the hand and the saints row symbol tattooed on the back of the hand... at least that's what I'd do if I were rockstar

I went over to a buddy's house on Sunday night to watch the Walking Dead premiere, and when I got there his normally soft spoken roommate was sitting in their living room playing Dark Souls and swearing at the television loudly. I didn't even know he was into video games. I sat down to talk to him about it for a minute, already feeling like an old veteran, and noticed that he was trying to fight Seath while cursed. So the moral of the story is I think I might be getting back into Dark Souls. Against my better judgement. So I might be around a little bit more again for a bit. I tend to gravitate here when I'm actually playing.

No, but I knew there was a trick to dealing with being cursed. I just couldn't remember what it was. He was complaining that he was getting sick of being cursed and running back down to New Londo to heal himself. I was like you know you don't have to do that, you just have to... ummmm..uhhh.. I just couldn't remember. It's been too long since I've played.

Female Undead merchant sells purging stones, that's how you cure it. Also he can get the spell to reverse a curse from Ingward. And tell him to stack 10 humanity next time he fights Seath, or wear armor with curse resistance(Like the Paladin set)

Yeah, I told him to wear the curse protection ring and an armor set with good curse res. I knew I was missing the big important thing though, and I couldn't remember what it was. When I was still playing I'd farm clams for the uncurse items though. That's how I handled it.

I always handle it by stacking about 10 humanity. That way getting cursed is a complete non issue, and also it means the chaos weapon I'm using (best weapon for archives due to crystal soldiers annoying defences) will also be at max power.

Yeah, honestly I don't really remember it being much of a problem either. The entire time I've played DkS I've only ever been cursed once, and it was by Seath, and totally my fault because I was screwing around. Someone warned me really early in my first playthrough that becoming cursed was the worst possible thing that could happen, and that the basilisk enemies did it to you, and the result is that I've always been ultra careful in those areas. It seems like every time I see someone playing that's new to the game they're either already cursed, or get cursed soon into my watching though. Curses seem to be the bane of the noob.

I remember I lent my copy to one of my neighbors at my last apartment, and he actually stopped playing because he got cursed down in the depths and couldn't get back out. He ran past the butchers instead of killing them when he initially went down, and just kept getting swarmed by them, all the dog things, and the hollows in the first area there. I came in and tried to help him at one point but his character was so bad that it was nearly impossible. The only weapons he had on him was a spear that he couldn't wield properly and I think an unupgraded short sword. Something like that. It was a nightmare.

The best part was that I'd been talking myself up to him about it. Like oh you can't do it? Move over and let the master give it a go. Then I couldn't do it either. It was a bit of a hit to my ego to be sure. In all fairness I wasn't the one who made his character as bad as it was though.

I had that once. I was chatting with people online, and at the same time, I was starting to act up more. And they thought the two were correlated. Although the reason I started to act up was more because of stress at school.

I've been "thrown out" like five times or six times now. They do it thinking it will scare me, but all I do is wait out for a while till they start to look for me, then I go up and apologize, and nothing happens.
