Rainbow Dash is the one that's got rainbow hair
Rarity is that white one with purple hair
Derpy Hooves is the braindead one

So I've been wanting two games for christmas; Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen and Grand Theft Auto 5. I've been very bored recently and so decided that I'd get one of them this or the next week. I however, can't decide which one to buy. I was hoping you guys could help me make that decision.

Do you go on gaming "kicks"? For example 90% of the time I'm on a medeival kick and want to use swords. On rare occasions I'm on a modern kick.
If you tend to play one type more than the other I'd suggest getting that one.

Dragon's Dogma is a lot of fun to play, with a lot to do. The only thing I can say is that the main story isn't all that great but the fights with bosses and gameplay sort of makes up for it. I can't say anything about the DLC though, I still haven't played that. 
GTA V from what I've been told is a great game with a lot to do and a good story, not to mention there is also multiplayer (although I've been told there are a few glitches with that). Haven't played it though, I'd recommend watching Angry Joe's review of it for more info. Just grab some popcorn that review is 45 minutes in length.

GTA V and DD are just so different that I can't imagine trying to choose one over the other.
My thought process when buying a game is "I feel like playing this type of game right now, so I'll get this one."
I think I'd only get GTA V if a few friends got it first.

I'm probably not going to be buying GTA it looks fun but I think I'm just going to get bored after playing it for a couple of hours. Just like what happened when I played the fourth one.

At least GTA isn't as bad in numbering their Games as Saints Row .
I mean there is GTA1, 2, 3, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, GTA IV and now GTA V .
Saints Row however goes like this .
Saints Row, Saints Row 2, Saints Row the Third and Saints Row IV .
I bet for the fifth game they have just a hand with all five fingers to represent 5 on the box art.

Once I played Skyrim I got into a medieval kick, which led to my purchase of Dark Souls, and interest in LoL, when I was 12 I was in a FPS kick, I'd pretty much only by FPS games because I was braindead and everyone at school liked shooters, so I liked shooters too regardless of my actual opinion on the game.
Of course I still haven't broken that medieval kick at all
