Actually I thought Plagius would be bested served fighting on all the fronts. So I cut his limbs off, cut his head and and his torso in half, attached some weapons to each and put him in charge of 7 squads.

I was thinking more like a 4SD (Skeleton Drive) which we could use to drive up the side of the cliff and come in the easy way!

Just use a 2nd attack from the crystal cave by Seath's Sorcerers as a convinient way to divert attention from the front entrance.
No one wants a bunch of golems directly outside their living room.
