    right now i weigh 235 pounds and i'm working on building up towards 250 to 265.
    as far as cardio goes i'm a pro wrestler so i have got that handled people think just because it's fixed means it's fake on every level well i have two concussions that say different

    whats worse is when you have a old fart for a teacher who is way to stiff with his students and makes there chest bleed just from chops

    it wasn't me i was really mad about it was this guy called hobo joe and he only weighed like 95 pounds soaking wet he made bj penn look like brock lesnar for god sakes and for some reason my trainer singled him out and tried to destroy him really

    No, I'm on a swat team. Done some before, mostly just kickboxing though. Some of the guys I work with do mma, and I spar with my swat commander alot, hes ex military bad***. When he gets real upset or drunk he talks about killing people in Panama. lol. He did pro muay thai in some odd country, hes a kickboxing, jitsu, etc etc instructor. And alot bigger than me, lol. Im a certified Defensive Tactics instructer and Knife Defense instructor etc etc, but he's prob in the top 100 nationwide in a street fight.

    Its sort of a strange relationship lol. He is the boss of my boss of my boss....and everyone, friends or whatever, are pretty much totally afriad of him. But because I started sparing with him before I totally knew about him, I'm not at all. So I will pull little pranks or give him a knee and run away lol, everyone thinks I'm totally nuts.

    He is amazing, not trying to have a total bro-crush, but he's in his late 40's and throws guys around like its nothing. He should be doing something bigger really, I mean he does instruct other swat commanders from around the state etc, but he should be special forces or something. Its crazy.

    thats cool man.the reason i want to get even bigger is because i want to be able to just hold people down if i have to i can already throw pretty much everyone around though

    lol! He went to Blackwater (not sure if you know it) and taught some building clearing etc. Those are all experienced military/police vets there.

    Side note, our swat team is called the swat team, however, we have a search and rescue team that all Swat members are required to be a part of, includes some firefighters and EMT's....its called the STARS teams....

    In all actuallity im no fighter I was pretty weedy until I recently decided to get into shape.... even now Im still working on bulking myself up.

    But I alway appreciated the forms of combat that compensated for that lack of physical strength.

    hey i was the same way short and fat when i was younger but one summer after getting made fun of all the time i just decided i was going to get big enough so no one would mess with me and if they did i would just be able to beat them up.
    p.s. i didn't make it there the right way at the time but now all i use is protein shakes and nitric oxide

    Im a very peacefull guy , so Im not a great warrior in real life , but I practise with nun-chuks for fun and relaxation.

    I also used to do A LOT of butterfly knife / balisong flipping and twirling. Im lefthanded but learned almost every trick with both hands for dual wielding entertainment. :pirat:

    I'll reply to your message on here son... its complicated lol. Theres a requirement of time on the street before you can apply, its been lienent depending on the person. It requires alot of discipline obviously, theres so much more to it than just kicking in doors and shooting guns. Wayyyyyy to much to get into here. We of course have physical ability testing, although its not like we test our bench press or anything. We run obstacle courses, put through physical and mental stress.

    Example, we wear around 80 lbs of gear when in full battle rattle. So one of the courses we do, you carry an extra 100, while wearing your full plate, run 4 flights of stairs until you cant walk, then drag a 200 lb dummy 50 yards and then have to immediately go through a simulated fire fight shooting course, while they yell at you and shoot around you. lol. Its crazy.

    We do alot of synergenics etc. What my commander calls "monkey strength". Being able to flip a tire is more important than your bench press etc.

    Also do alot of team building exercises.... have a wooden beam that we hang over the roof of a building, blind folded one at a time we walk out onto the platform and back while the team sits on the other end of the plank and verbally guides you out and back. Thats nerve racking. lol, builds trust though.

    Skills of a warrior happy. Some great warriors dont go looking for fights, but handle them when they are unavoidable... thats the kind of warrior you are. Still counts happy
