Update my Dex/Faith Build

hey folks

before the patch i've used this build:

the DWGR doesnt make sense anymore. i loved the ninja flips, ans my fast movement. for now i have to "rewrite" the build with a hole new EQ.

I'm so happy dwgr got nerfed. Oh btw, the mom mask wont give you as much hp either. You might have known that. I would suggest lowering your vit, other then that you got it. The new dwgr will be havels,rofap,and wolf. Some combination of those, unless you don't care about having less poise.

This is what I got, the site glitched but increase End to 38 and Vit to 47. You'll menu swap a lightning Claymore, but I think you're good with the kat alone adjust Vit/End to your liking.

I'm quite new to Dark Souls PvP and got a question.

Why is everybody running a dex / faith build and not dex / int with sorcery ?
Is it viable to take some pyromancy spells with a dex /faith (int) build like great combustion (because of the quick cast speed)

PS: Talking about the PC version

Well you can only hold 4 weapons, so mixing pyro/int/faith can be difficult. I think people pick faith over int because of the weapon buffs, wrath of god. Also in the arena, the heal miracle is the only way to heal. Int is very viable though, im always surprised when people say it isn't.

sorry about confusing you, i know its either int or faith to mix up your main weapon with

dex/faith/int is a bit too much :-P

whats the upside of going sorcery over miracles ?

Dex/Int is pretty fun, I like mixing sorcery with some pyros.

i took a dex build in demon's souls. the uchigatana, too. i loved the moveset and the weapon itself, so i kept the dex build and searched a way to maximize the damage. and lucky me found nut-hands dex-faith-build. this build fitted perfectly to my play style

I know you want to buff but its better not to because buffs can be waited out

I wouldn't use occult/divine unless I have 50 poise. Elemental will usually outdamage it. Still don't know if this applies to PC version though, where elementals are nerfed.

occult is blocked by elemental?

but what has that got to do with the poise?

This is my faith/dex build. I usually switch the weapons I buff every couple matches just to make it fun. I use the swag sword, rapiers, and pgs. Never tried a kat yet.

this will not work anymore because the DWGR only activates by 25% equip load

Thats 2 months from now though. (right?)

I think all it said was winter so 2 3 or 4 months and I find Occult or Divine to do loads more that elemental it just requires good faith

it depends on if you want light or med roll

i prefer the light roll. mid roll is just to slow
