My DS disc is cursed

I've been playing Dark Souls since release day and I think it's telling me to stop.
Here's a list of things happening which then fix themselves after awhile:
-No sky, it is grey
-floors aren't appearing
-Domnhall has erased himself from existence, he isn't anywhere and I haven't killed him
-TotG isn't dark
-Extremely long load times
-My spider shield has the texture of a battle axe and still works like a shield
-My character decapitated himself when I wasn't looking (helmets appear but the head doesn't)
-getting backstabbed did no damage
-no "you died" screen after falling off a ledge

It doesn't help that a few days ago, my baby nephew's toy turned on in the middle of the night for no reason before this started happening.

Xbox right?

Try clearing your game cache, see if it helps. You will be required to re-update your game after though.

Yeah, I'll try it.

This happens to me too alot on xbox. Usually just tell my xbox to cut the crap and it works.
