Create you own Ring

I like that ring a lot, Seignar. Great for trading blows, like a minor version of Demon's Souls' hyper armour. I think it needs a buff, though. Poise is better than defense, and the Wolf Ring gives an additional 40 poise, so no-one's going to choose that over the Wolf Ring unless they're using the Wolf Ring in tandem with it. Instead, I'd make the buff 40 or 50 points of poise and make the defense buff 30%.

Violence
When mortals make contracts with demons, they are given a totem item as a reminder of their reward -- and of their punishment, should they fail to hold their end of the bargain. The power of this covenant has faded, but its essence remains strong. This ring's wearer will never die as long as they satiate its demon master's lust for battle.

(Translation: The wearer of this ring cannot drop below 1 HP while they are attacking.)

Here's one:

Conqueror's Ring
Ring worn by an old tyrant, who believed a good defense was a great offense. He lost many men, but never a war.
Doubles the attack of the right hand weapon, but halves the user's defense.

Heres one i thought up

Evil-Hunters ring

"ring worn by an ancient warrior wielding a whip who would defeat evil whenever it bared its head. this warrior was proficient with many kinds of items as well"

Increases whip speed and damage by 30%
additionally, increases damage from items by 20% as well(things like firebombs, throwing knifes, stuff like that)

guess where i got THAT idea from XD

Wonder if this would actually be of any use be of any use...

Ring of Resistance
A ring once used by a unknown undead.

This ring's previous owner was strong of mind but weak of body. He enchanted this ring to overcome the shortcomings of his flesh.

(Raises the wearer's resistance stat to 99).

Stone Ring
A ring made out of pure stone. Not much is known about this ring other than that it was found within a stone carving.

The ring turns its wielder into pure stone for ?? set of time, making it impossible to take any damage, give any damage, or even move.

The idea behind this would be to give the player a total change in strategy, being able to change armor, weapons, rings, or anything else that they might feel necessary. This way, you wouldn't have to worry about anything happening while changing items in a duel/invasion.

Demonic Ring

A ring made out of the soul of a Demon. The ring contains carvings of an ancient language long lost.

The ring turns you into a demonic beast, allowing for fearsome attacks and quick movement. However, it also leaves you vunerable, removing 50% of your health. Equipping it will disable access to any kind equipment or item. Use it carefully.

Ring of sanity

A ring once belonging to a resident of the abyss before the, 4 kings were corrupted and the darkwraiths took over.This ring was not man - made as the symbols and writing depict it was created by a entity or a god.

(The ring increase's humanity discovery by 35% but, drains your life the longer you have it on.)

Deadeye Ring

A ring once belonging to a famous CrossBow master who went off to lodran but, was never heard of again.

(increase's all crossbows strength and speed by 3[/i]0%)[/i]

Ring of Flann's Blessing

A ring that is imbued with the blessing of Flann, the god of fire and husband of Godess Gwynevere. The indivdual who wears this ring very soul is ignited with the power of fire.

This ring increases all fire damage by 15%.

Interesting; combines Chaos/flame with pyromancy. Still seems a touch on the strong side though.

Knight's Honour:
Grants +50 defence to Magic/Fire/Lightning/physical defence
You can't backstab nor cast any magic/pyromancy/miracle. Any magical buffs are dispelled when you put it on (no casting a self/weapon buff then equipping this).

Ring of the eye: turns you invisible, but the eye watches you..................

Ring of Confidence
While this ring is equipped, you never invade a host that does not have phantoms, but your AR when summoned as a hostile phantom is increased by 40%
Ring of Cowardice
While this ring is equipped, you never invade a host that has phantoms, but your maximum life is decreased by 10% when summoned as a hostile phantom.

+40% AR? That's huge Rynn; like a double Power Within.

Ring of the dark soul

Not much is known about this unique ring. However, unlike most rings, this one is not made out of physical material, but rather something smoke like.

Once defeated you let out a huge explosion which causes toxic as well as magic damage. Using it also gives you a dark aura, easily pointing you out from the rest.

Put both together, and your attack damage and speed is increased. It would be a great combo.

Hunger Demon Atou
This strange creature made from candle wax, usually mistaken for a ring or a pendant is a small hunger demon called Atou. Atou feeds on souls and humanity of its host however to insure its survival it augments its host's survival chances.

Consumes 70% of all souls you gather and has a 50-50 chance of consuming any humanity you get however every time you hit an enemy 30% of the physical damage you inflict heals you also has a 50-50 chance of reducing any physical you take.

Ring of a Madman
A wooden ring made from a corrupted and deformed archtree. This ring was forced onto the fingers of every prisoner in the New Londo dungeon it was said it increased the pain that the prisoners felt however its power was changed by the influence of the abyss.

Increases all damage you take by 50% and increases all damage you inflict by 50%.

Ring of Zyzz.

Gives you the strength of 1000 aesthetics to knock out your opponent with.

Ring of Corrupting Power

A ring once worn by long forgotten king. The king wore this ring to gain power to protect his kingdom, but as time went on the power slowly corrupted him. No human of his age could withstand his might and he began to thirst for a foe that could. He sought out foe after foe till he was finally slain. It is said that those who wear this ring find their thrist for blood taken to the next level.


The player will find themselves invading 50% faster and deal an extra 25% damage with all attacks. Their stamina and health is increased by 25%. However the wearer cannot heal, and any spells used will not be replenished. Damage taken will be carried over to the next invasion. This ring cannot be removed until the wearer dies.

Glass Ranbow Ring
This exquisitly crafted ring is made completly of glass and is embued with many different magics
When worn the glass will glow in a continually shifting aura of colours as different aspects of the magics within emerge

Produces an aura around the player that will change colour every thirty seconds and give a random effect. the type of effect can be guessed at by the colour group (White: stat increase, Red : damage increase, Blue: defence increase, Orange: elemental (includes damage and resitance), Green: status effect (includes damage, duration and resistance) and Purple: self buff) but the precise nature of the effect and its strength will be unknown until the player tests them
