(SPOILERS) Artorias build suggestions.

Im going with Abyss Greatsword, first off.
Also going to use Wolf Ring, because you can't have Artorias without his own damn ring lol.
Now this is where I'm conflicted... I'm going to use dark sorceries, of course. BUT....
Soul of manus, should I use it for a Manus catalyst or to get the Pursuers? Or of course, I could do a second run for both.. but the point here is with the stats for the Abyss Greatsword, I can use as well ALL dark sorceries EXCEPT Pursuers. Im thinking it would make for a fun PVP AND PvE character. Maybe not a build that wons every time, but fun to mess with others and make em sweat, right?

So, opinions?

Winn...Artorias doesn't use Magic 8)

But anyway,I recommend getting Manus catalyst as your INT should be at 20 for Artorias so you can use only a few magics...Also the best catalyst with the best mag adj. may be Beatrice's catalyst,I gotta check.

So yeah,in the end it doesn't matter as Manus Catalyst won't be the best choice.

Are you using either of his shields?
And is it a 100 build or an above one?

Its going to be a whatever it takes build, probably around 120, 140.

Also, vatar, the dark sorceries scale with both int and str, but manus catalyst makes them more powerful.

The STR scale is really small and that matters is maj. adj.

With 20 INT,Manus catalyst has only ~145 more magic adjustment...for half the spell since Manus Catalyst divides by 2 the number of casts per spell...
So in the end,Oolacile Catalyst is way better with 40 more mag. Adj. .
Besides you can't use Pursuers with only 20 INT AND it doesn't divide yor spells uses by 2.
Do you really want Pursuers at the cost of twelve points on INT?I don't think it worths it...

Bahaha very true.. but like i said the manus catalyst is ther besrt when using only the dark sorceries, which are the ones im gonna use. Hmm.. pursuers is definitely not worth it.. maybe eventually when I decided to just level my chara to hell xD Maybe up to 180.

Then see by yourself which catalyst does more damage
I really recommend the Oolacile catalyst.

I second vatar, I don't think the Manus catalyst is worth it at all...the difference it makes is really small, even if you have high STR; and it halves your casts...

I'm just using the giants legs,I still have like 200 physical defense as Xanthous sets is pretty light and sack is 2 physical defense but man do I look like a masochist with jeans(Yea Giants pants looks like jeans) xD

Well I COULD try my sister's camera which is pretty good and HD but the problem is that I really suck at PvP,I just never win D8, but well,why not!
