I do read the descriptions. But maybe I've asked the question the wrong way.
What I've had in mind were things that have aditional efects that are not shown on the details screen. Things that other games would call magical armour/shield.
I was always wandering why there aren't many magical effects on shields and armour in this game. The first time I've found Doomhall and bought his set, I've spent some time trying to figure out it's magical properties, afaik there are none.
I see. Well, I've got a couple more weapons that probably fit what you're looking for, considering you mentioned Havel's Shield.
Grant, it casts something similar to WotG.
The Stone Greatsword can cast TWoP.
The Stone Greataxe has an AoE damage move.
The Channeler's Trident has a dance that gives you a damage buff.
The dragon tail weapons (except Priscilla), they too have offensive casts.
Some boss soul weapons have casts too:
Crystal Ring Shield
Dragonslayer Spear
Golem Axe
Then there's the cursed weapons, that can hit ghosts. This includes the Ghost Blade, the Jagged Ghost Blade and the cursed version of the Greatsword of Artorias.
Other stuff:
The Chaos Blade inflict damage on you when you hit something.
The Lifehunt Scythe raises your own bleed bar when you hit something.
Smough's Hammer and the Server heal you when you hit something.
The Greatshield of Artorias prevents all status ailments caused by blocked attacks.
The Manus Catalyst gives you better Strength scaling when using dark sorceries.
The Shotel has a strong attack that ignores blocking.
The Dark Hand can drain humanity.
You cannot parry whips.
Some hidden ones that I missed:
The Dragon Bone Fist gives a bonus to magic and fire def by 30.
The Gargoyle Halberd increases Bleeding, Poison and Toxin resistance by 25%.
