I like to do that with the Giant Blacksmith. I just hide him, and watch the failed attempts of hurting me.

I'm not sure if it works or not but I also shut the Anor Londo shortcut on a guy.
That's nowhere near as bad though because you can do the jump to get right back to the door if it locks though.
I've seen a guy Cosplay as a Silver Knight and go up by the Silver Knight Archers to assist them in their Archery with his own Greatbow.

Worst thing I've done is to BS someone as they were going through the boss fog. It killed them. The host was not happy. I felt dirty afterward and haven't done it again.

Cross-roar tickstabbing. I have only ever done this once, without knowing it is a fairly well known tactic, but it is a sure as hell effective method of winning. And the hatemail is very creative..
