darkson no it depends on how the patch affected your game. If there is no kind of correlation to prove why this has happened then I'll actually go to the FROM website to ask them why this is the case.

I wonder if it is only a description error too, I wonder if it actually grants the extra poise or not to others...Man, this is turning into a real mystery.

Tolvo, look on the thread about medium armours and it has the poise values for mine and blaine's on our character stat screen different too. Honestly think there is something weird going on with the patch.

I know. To be honest though I might ask blaine to do some testing of the Elite knight set with someone who has 20 poise version just to see if it's just an error on screen, though it's pretty unlikely hehe

My Elite Knight Set is definitely not prepatch and the chest has 20 poise. But I started with 2 chars before the patch which I both deleted before I started all over again, and i don't know what the poise was back then.

15 poise at +9, PS3, Washington DC

Whenever I start a new char I check this piece specifically, and it is always 15 poise at +0 also.

okay guys i specified only say your POST PATCH builds. It is definitely not an issue of patching as I have 20 poise on mine and you guys know I have patch as i play online with you

and darkson you dont need to make new character honestly, iv done testing and if you trade the armour its poise changes depending on who has it in their inventory, so new characters will not make a difference

keep posting your poise location and system please people

akatik, like i said the numbers update as soon as the set is owned by a character with different data for it, the BB glitch couldn't have an effect on it.

also anyone who had a playthrough while the patch hit would have noticed their equipment get nerfed even though i was mid playthrough. I did with my gold hemmed set.

I was still a noob back then "when the patch hit", I just always picked what gave me the most blue numbers :roll:

I was a noob back then too, midway through my first playthrough the patch hit lol, I was depressed my gold hemmed got nerfed

I wish all armor sets could be upgraded

Okay guys, there seems to be variation between people who have Elite knight armour with different amounts of poise, for the chest this is either 15 or 20.

I wanna know if this is related to system, where you are etc. So everyone please post your poise for the chest piece, location and system onto this thread.

btw only people who use online and have patch 1.05 should do this.

EG: 20 poise, Birmingham, Britain, PS3

Very interesting, maybe Sony screwed with the patch and mistakenly messed up the EK bit, realized their mistake and couldn't fix it, they just left it alone for the EU release.

But where's the problem in simply changing one single variable? I guess you wouldn't even need to announce a patch now, I mean, just for downloading and overwriting a single number?

That's of course just my naive approach.
