It makes sense to me. Only healing you can use is Replenishment.

Been a while since I really went all out on an opponent, need to make a composite bow for 125 and then I can go all out. Lots of time to practice and get my skills up too.

since this event is a month away and everybody else has had their fair share of complaining, I suggest re-banning BS fishing. It's a lame crutch in a game with plenty of effective alternatives, and I'll be damned if I lose my chance at a free copy of DaS2 because some jerk from Finland (or where ever) abused inherent P2P flaws/ my less than immaculate wifi connection. The SL limit is 125 ffs; If your build relies on BS fishing with those generous guidelines, you need to reevaluate your strategy. plain and simple.
As for location suggestions, the circular area at the bottom of the spiral tower in PWoA is a pretty nice, open and sufficiently illuminated area. There's also no lock-on range penalty.

What do you think of Sen's Roof? Most people invading won't even bother going all the way up.

mm characters r modded but there pretty much save edits they do nothing that cause ur guy 2 have like "god mode" or make weapons have different swings

You wouldn't be able to tell if they used MM really....I mean, It's frowned upon, but you can't really stop it in a tournament.

I'm not saying it's fine, but I'm saying I can restrict you. There is no way of proving it's a legit character.
